2. Contact Luther Crest with any questions you might have. Dates available? Costs? Activities?
3. Do the classes and activities offered and the costs match with the goals of your school program? If yes, contact Luther Crest to talk more about partnering.
4. Get on the calendar at Luther Crest and Return Reservation Form.
5. Return Contract and Deposit to secure your dates.
6. Receive planning materials and documents required by Luther Crest.
7. Organize transportation.
8. Organize required health and behavior forms for every student. Send home a letter outlining your field trip, include list of things to bring, any other informational forms.
8. Organize parent and teacher chaperones.
9. Finalize schedule of events based on weather and time of year.
10. Contact Luther Crest to finalize any last details before your event.
